Today at school I attended a ICT Staff meeting with a LEA Advisor discussing Improving Teaching and Learning. The meeting was very useful and I found it gave me a lot of ideas of how I would improve my lessons. Here are a few notes:

• When students are completing their learning logs at the beginning of the lesson I will discuss as we type the objective.
• The learning outcomes are going to be colour coded i.e Level 3 (Red Font) Level 4 (Blue Font)
• Level 5 (Green Font) and Level 6 (Purple Font).
• My colour levels will be displayed all aroud the classroom to remind the students as to what level they are working at.

I have a meeting next week for AFL (Assessment for Learning). I will let you know how it goes.
